Fund Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of investment funds, the full-time Associate, Fund Operations will manage fund financials, coordinate audits, and liaise with service providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily, monthly, and quarterly fund financials, including NAV calculations and supporting reports
• Coordinate annual fund audits and manage tax reporting with third-party providers
• Serve as an operational point of contact for fund administrators and other service providers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or a related financial-services role
• Experience reviewing private fund financial statements and understanding investment fund accounting concepts
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial and operational data
• Comfortable in an evolving environment where processes are being standardized
• Detail-oriented with the ability to investigate discrepancies independently
