Fund Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning the daily disbursement and payment processing pipeline for pooled trusts, the full-time Fund Operations Associate will manage funding disbursements, process ACH and NACHA files, input wires, and handle expedited payment requests in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile daily disbursement funding ahead of morning cutoffs
• Process daily payment files and wire transfers while maintaining accurate delivery statuses
• Handle expedited and exception requests, including same-day payments and stop payments, with clear tracking

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in custody, trust, investment, banking, or payments operations
• Familiarity with ACH, wires, and check processing; NACHA file experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in environments emphasizing internal controls and compliance
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable navigating multiple tech platforms
