Funder Relations Manager
Job Summary
To support the establishment of Cultural Power's individual giving program, the full-time salaried Funder Relations Manager will manage a portfolio of individual givers, conduct prospect research, and provide administrative support while working remotely across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of everyday and recurring givers, including outreach and stewardship
- Support donor engagement through strategic discovery activities and events for prospective donors
- Provide administrative support for individual giving, including data entry and gift acknowledgment
Required Qualifications
- Experience in establishing or developing individual giving programs
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, administration, or leadership support
- Knowledge of non-profit gift acceptance compliance
- High level of cultural fluency and experience working with BIPOC communities
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana
