Funding Consultant

Job Summary

To support the coordination of funding processes, the full-time Funding Consultant will manage the intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and equipment rental orders while working remotely and collaborating with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with SLPs on funding cases and instruct them on document preparation and funding policies
• Work with insurance providers and agencies to place orders and track funding authorization cases to resolution
• Review prior authorization documents and serve as a client advocate in funding requests and co-payment requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of related experience
• Background in the health insurance field preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Word and Outlook
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside in Central or Mountain time zones
