Funding Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the Funding Department, the full-time remote Funding Manager will manage the Funding Leadership Team, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with funding procedures while maintaining high standards of performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval, ensuring timely and quality funding approvals
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance management of the Funding Specialist Team to foster continuous development
• Monitor productivity and quality of Funding Specialists, adjusting workloads and responsibilities as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to analyze and interpret business reports and governmental regulations
