Funding Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the Funding Department, the full-time remote Funding Manager will coordinate with leadership teams to ensure timely and quality funding approvals while developing and mentoring the Funding Specialist Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance management for the Funding Specialist Team
• Develop and maintain training materials and track Key Performance Indicators for the team

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more direct reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to analyze and interpret business reports and governmental regulations
