Job Summary
Leading a remote cross-cultural team, the full-time Manager of Funding & Disbursement Operations will oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate processing of client funds, and maintain strong financial controls while fostering team development and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a remote team across Payment and Deposit operations, setting clear expectations and fostering collaboration
- Oversee the timely processing of deposits and disbursements, ensuring client funds are managed accurately
- Implement and monitor financial controls and key performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and risk management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in payments, banking, treasury, or related financial operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of US payment systems, including ACH, NACHA, and credit card payments
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and team performance
- Experience managing remote teams and collaborating across different cultures and time zones
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and make informed decisions
