Funding Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, the remote Funding Specialist I will train dealers on proper document completion, address inquiries related to program processes, and assist in resolving document issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately enter financing documents into the organization's operating system for processing
• Review financing documents for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Train dealers on document and funding processes via phone and email

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED completed or in progress
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees
