Funding Specialist I
Job Summary
Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, the part-time Funding Specialist I will train dealers on proper document completion and address inquiries related to program processes, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter financing documents into the organization's operating system for processing
- Monitor electronic signature queues and communicate any issues to dealers
- Assist other departments with document or funding-related questions and advise dealers on necessary items
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED completed or in progress
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Availability to work 2 late night shifts per week until 8-9pm CST, including a Saturday rotation
