Funding Specialist II

Job Summary

Coordinating with various stakeholders, the full-time remote Funding Specialist II will manage the complete funding transaction cycle, ensuring timely processing and compliance with operational procedures while gathering necessary documentation and communicating with clients and providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Final Funding Approval, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Gathers and reviews documentation for funding packages, verifying client benefits and communicating necessary information
• Maintains regular communication with clients and healthcare professionals to secure required documentation and updates

Required qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
