Funding Specialist II

Job Summary

Coordinating the complete funding transaction cycle, the full-time remote Funding Specialist II will manage documentation gathering, submission to funding sources, and communication with clients and healthcare professionals to ensure timely funding approvals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage transaction cycle time from processing to final funding approval, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and timely
• Gather and review necessary documentation for funding packages, including prescriptions and Letters of Medical Necessity
• Communicate with clients and healthcare providers to secure required documentation and provide updates on funding status

Required qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
