Funding Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the Funding Department, the full-time remote Funding Supervisor will manage the Funding Leadership Team, ensuring compliance with company standards while coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate timely funding approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval, ensuring timely and quality funding processes
• Coordinate hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of the Funding Specialist Team
• Develop and maintain training materials and track Key Performance Indicators for the team

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret business reports and governmental regulations
