Job Summary

To support a growing capital formation and investor relations team, the Fundraising Advisor will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and private equity professionals, working remotely in a flexible, part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
• Reach out to contacts via various channels to secure introductions and book qualified investor conversations
• Maintain investor follow-up, manage communications, and support ongoing fundraising campaigns

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
• Existing professional network that includes accredited investors or family offices in North America
• Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
• Self-directed and reliable with the ability to work remotely
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining follow-up and CRM activity
