Fundraising Stewardship Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager of Sustainer and Mid-Level Giving, the full-time Direct Response Fundraising Stewardship Coordinator will manage workflow and project coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution and data management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the review processes for campaign proofs and ensure coding accuracy with the Data & Analytics team
• Collaborate with various teams to create and execute integrated fundraising campaigns while managing premium inventory and donor communication
• Track and analyze mid-level warm prospect activities, providing insights for monthly reporting and supporting donor engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional direct marketing and nonprofit experience, preferably with sustainer file experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience with donor databases; familiarity with BBCRM is a plus
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and effective communication
