Gaming Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with state regulations, the full-time remote Analyst, Patron Complaints will manage the investigation and reporting of regulatory complaints, track fines and citations, and maintain accurate documentation of incidents across the company's online and retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in investigating and submitting incident reports to state regulatory agencies
• Support the tracking and logging of regulatory fines and citations, ensuring timely documentation and routing
• Maintain a centralized tracker of cross-jurisdictional fines and warnings to provide visibility into enforcement activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
• Experience in report writing, document management, or research and analysis preferred
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook required
• Exposure to reviewing and interpreting regulations, policies, or procedures is a plus
