Gaming Licensed Events Specialist

Job Summary

Bringing memorable events to life, the full-time Events & Experiences Specialist will coordinate major programs from planning through execution, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and attendee experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the production lead for large-scale events, managing budgets, timelines, staffing, logistics, and on-site execution
• Manage vendor and agency relationships while sourcing execution partners and resources to support event objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative concepts and business objectives into comprehensive production strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in experiential events, event planning, hospitality, or a related field
• Experience managing complex event production, including logistics, budgets, and vendor negotiations
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Flexibility to travel and work nights or weekends as required for event execution
