Job Summary
Driving the strategy and roadmap for risk case resolution, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Fraud Risk Platforms will manage AI-assisted review, case automation, and self-service initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive an outcome-based roadmap for risk case decisioning aligned to operational and business goals
- Partner with Risk Operations to analyze case handling and prioritize impactful opportunities based on operational data
- Define resolution paths for various case types, determining the appropriate level of automation and human involvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 7 years in Product Management
- Experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or large-scale operations automation
- Proven ability to define strategy and lead complex initiatives from discovery to delivery in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to prioritization and success metrics
- Experience collaborating across Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to translate complex problems into scalable solutions
