Key responsibilities
- Lead data initiatives across Trading by defining priorities, roadmaps, and success measures
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements through research and stakeholder collaboration
- Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, identifying risks, and maintaining visibility into progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Sportsbook, iGaming, Trading, or a similar data-intensive environment
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
- Proven ability to use AI for workflow improvements through automation or reusable solutions
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours for effective collaboration
