Gaming Operations Associate
Job Summary
Driving the Lottery business forward, the full-time Senior Associate, Revenue Operations will coordinate promotion plans from build through completion, ensuring alignment of timelines, offer requirements, and performance data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute approved programs from initial build through launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the process
- Monitor live programs for delivery, promotional costs, and operational performance, escalating issues with context and recommendations
- Track and report key revenue and sales metrics to provide teams with insights into program performance
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, campaign operations, or a related field, preferably in regulated consumer businesses
- Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, or operational workflows from setup through completion
- Strong attention to detail when working with numerical data and timelines
- Experience using reporting and data to monitor performance and identify issues
- Proficiency with business intelligence, spreadsheet, or data activation tools
