Gaming Regulation Associate
Job Summary
As an integral part of the team, the full-time remote Gaming Regulation Associate will conduct trade practice surveillance, assist with regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with market regulations to maintain the integrity of prediction markets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct day-to-day trade practice surveillance and support the onboarding of new customers
- Assist with the composition of regulatory filings to the CFTC in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify, investigate, and escalate potential trade practice violations in accordance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in market regulation or compliance within a DCM, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulatory oversight body
- Flexibility to support rotating shifts during live market coverage windows
- Familiarity with case management and market surveillance tooling is preferred
- Interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or financial markets
