Job Summary
Driving growth across the Lottery business, the full-time Revenue Operations Specialist will manage relationships with key partners, develop strategic plans, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful project launches in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Lottery partners, fostering strong relationships and aligning teams around business opportunities
- Develop strategic plans that integrate customer needs, state-level considerations, and performance insights into executable work
- Lead cross-functional planning from inception to launch, establishing timelines, owners, and decision criteria
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth, strategy, business development, or a related field; experience in lottery, gaming, or financial technology is advantageous
- Strong financial and quantitative modeling skills, including opportunity sizing and cost analysis
- Proven ability to convert ambiguous business opportunities into structured plans and initiatives
- Experience in performance measurement and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with BI tools, spreadsheet modeling, and presentation software
