Garnishment Processor

Job Summary

Providing garnishment services support, the full-time Garnishment Processor will process US and Canadian garnishment payment files, manage refunds and reissues, and generate reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process garnishment payment files based on withholding orders created in Workday
• Disburse wage garnishment payments via check and EFT to the appropriate payees in a timely manner
• Generate reports from multiple applications for customer presentations and internal processing use

Required qualifications

• High School diploma
• General knowledge of garnishments and payroll functions
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Prior experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or TaxEx preferred
