Garnishment Processor
Job Summary
Providing garnishment services support to clients, the full-time Garnishment Processor will process payment files, manage refunds, and generate reports while working remotely and ensuring adherence to established SLAs.
Key responsibilities
- Process US and Canadian garnishment payment files based on withholding orders created in Workday
- Disburse wage garnishment payments via check and EFT to the appropriate payees in a timely manner
- Generate reports from multiple applications for customer presentations and internal processing needs
Required qualifications
- High School diploma
- General knowledge of garnishments and payroll functions
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Prior experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or TaxEx preferred
