GCM Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time GCM Relationship Manager will oversee the administration of assigned Global Capital Markets accounts, ensuring compliance, risk management, and exceptional client service while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor administrative and operational systems for assigned accounts to ensure compliance with established policies
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance for assigned accounts
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business and representing GCM at client meetings and transaction closings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or a combined minimum of 6 years' education/work experience with 2 years' client service experience
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software
• Experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations
• Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities
