General Ledger Services Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of General Ledger solutions, the full-time Services Manager, General Ledger will manage a team of consultants, oversee project staffing, and enhance customer relationships while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve implementation targets by managing team performance and ensuring timely project delivery
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to increase the value of the Dayforce application for customers
• Support team engagement and development through coaching, mentoring, and resource management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with human capital management applications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proven experience in leading software implementation projects
• Ability to effectively manage resources and competing priorities in a SaaS/cloud environment
