General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will manage moderate General Liability claims, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure and resolve claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims in alignment with clients' and corporate policies
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
