General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Bodily Injury and Premises claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Apply claims management expertise to analyze claims exposure and litigation, determining the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
