General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims while applying claims management experience to analyze exposure and ensure effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcomes of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
