General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex General Liability claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning the proper course of action for resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the claims management process and deliver innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
