Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex Bodily Injury and General Liability claims, the full-time Senior General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will work remotely, leveraging claims management experience to analyze exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning appropriate actions for resolution
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
