General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the fully remote Senior General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex bodily injury and general liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and litigation, determining the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable states (TX, FL, NY, HI, and RI preferred)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
