General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Senior General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience in general liability and bodily injury
• Active Adjusters' licenses in any jurisdiction, with specific states being a plus
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
