Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve moderate General Liability claims, applying claims management experience and analytical skills while providing exceptional customer service to clients in the grocery and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions in line with corporate policies and statutory requirements
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activities promptly to support successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
