Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will apply claims management expertise to analyze and resolve moderate General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants and clients in the grocery and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims by making informed decisions and planning appropriate actions
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting with various parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcomes of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
