General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving General Liability claims, the full-time remote General Liability Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience, interact with various parties involved in the claim process, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
• Work collaboratively with clients to enhance the claims management process and deliver innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses preferred in TX and FL, with willingness to obtain others as required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
