General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve moderate General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims while making informed decisions
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
