Leading a liability claims team, the full-time General Liability Claims Supervisor will manage caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a claims team to deliver high-quality service on diverse caseloads
• Guide the team in handling claims according to established best practices
• Manage workloads and define team goals to ensure optimal efficiency and performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• 7-10 years of experience handling Commercial General Liability Claims, including complex litigation
• 2-3 years of prior leadership experience in a supervisory role
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
