General Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the day-to-day management and performance of a subsidiary, the full-time General Manager will be responsible for P&L management, operational execution, and business plan development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the subsidiary's full P&L, ensuring financial targets are met through effective budgeting and cost management
• Direct daily operations to guarantee high-quality service delivery while meeting production and performance requirements
• Lead the execution of the approved business plan, translating goals into departmental expectations and performance measures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• Ten or more years of progressively responsible management experience, including significant P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to manage revenue, expenses, and operating performance in a complex environment
• Demonstrated experience leading day-to-day operations and managing professional-level employees
• Experience in the relevant industry vertical strongly preferred
