Job Summary
To lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Dynata+, the full-time remote General Manager will be responsible for product adoption, customer success, revenue growth, and establishing the platform as Dynata's foundational technology layer.
Key responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide platform adoption and create a scalable product-led growth engine
- Own revenue, profitability, and forecasting while developing annual operating plans and budgets
- Lead the development of the product roadmap and ensure enterprise-grade reliability and user experience
Required qualifications
- Proven success in leading SaaS, platform, analytics, or research technology businesses
- Significant P&L ownership and General Manager experience
- Experience scaling product-led growth and enterprise sales motions
- Strong track record in customer success and retention
- Ability to influence engineering teams without direct reporting lines
