General Manager, Line of Credit
Job Summary
Seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager, Line of Credit, this full-time remote position will manage the P&L for a revolving credit product, focusing on strategy, growth, and operational performance to scale the business effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full P&L for the LOC business line, driving revenue and profitability targets
- Refine and execute strategies to grow the LOC into a durable product while managing risk-adjusted returns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital customer experience and optimize underwriting and portfolio monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in consumer lending or fintech, with direct P&L ownership
- Proven success in scaling early-stage business lines, particularly in revolving credit
- Strong understanding of revolving credit economics and digital consumer credit growth strategies
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment for consumer lending, including TILA and Regulation Z
