General Manager, Member Programs

Job Summary

Leading the portfolio of member-facing programs, the full-time General Manager, Member Programs will oversee coaching, training, and advisory services while ensuring financial performance and member satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate ATI's member program portfolio with clear strategies, financial targets, and integrated roadmaps
• Develop performance frameworks to track financial results, member engagement, and satisfaction while identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program offerings, drive accountability, and address member concerns effectively

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in leading business units or member programs within franchise, automotive, or multi-location service organizations
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Proven ability to drive results through leadership, relationship building, and organizational alignment
• Experience in scaling cross-functional organizations and developing innovative member programs
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into actionable insights
