General Manager of Project Dynamics

Job Summary

Leading Project Dynamics as a full-time General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L ownership, driving revenue and operational performance, while integrating the team into Source's systems in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the revenue plan and drive performance against targets while managing cash flow and expenses
• Lead sales efforts and client relationship management, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction during the integration process
• Oversee the Project Dynamics team and collaborate with Source's functional leaders to maintain operational continuity and support talent retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience as a General Manager, Principal, Sales Leader, or Purchasing Director
• Strong commercial and sales instincts with a solid financial understanding
• Proven ability to manage growth targets and execute post-acquisition strategies
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and experience in change management
