General Manager, RunningMate

Job Summary

Leading the RunningMate business unit, the full-time General Manager will drive revenue growth, set strategic priorities, and manage a cross-functional team while working remotely or from Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align a cross-functional team to achieve shared goals and support the broader business strategy
• Develop and implement strategies for market growth, including budget allocation and target customer identification
• Own and manage RunningMate's P&L, ensuring accountability for revenue growth and financial health

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in progressive politics
• Strong knowledge of the Democratic political and campaign ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience managing revenue goals and P&L accountability
• Experience building and scaling products or revenue streams in entrepreneurial environments
• Proven track record of scaling a business or product to $5M+ in annualized revenue
