General Manager, Supplements

Job Summary

Owning the Rugiet supplement division end-to-end, the full-time General Manager, Supplements will be responsible for product sourcing, supply chain management, and driving growth while directly managing the P&L from a remote location.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Supplement Division P&L, including revenue, gross margin, and key performance indicators
• Source and manage relationships with supplement manufacturers while overseeing inventory planning and compliance
• Define product positioning and lead go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of operating experience, with at least 3 years owning a P&L in a DTC supplement or consumer health business
• Proven track record of launching or scaling a supplement product line from near-zero revenue
• Deep understanding of supplement supply chain, including contract manufacturing and FDA/FTC compliance
• Strong commercial instincts related to customer acquisition cost and lifetime value metrics
• Experience collaborating with Growth and Lifecycle teams to enhance customer retention strategies
