Job Summary
Owning the full P&L for the Workforce Management line of business, the fully remote General Manager and Vice President, Workforce Management will drive revenue growth, set go-to-market strategies, and lead cross-functional teams while engaging with customers and reporting on business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and overall business performance through P&L ownership and sales execution
- Set and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, clinical, and compliance to support the Workforce Management line of business
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS leadership with P&L ownership or general management
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or workforce and staffing technology preferred
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and go-to-market strategy for a SaaS product
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Knowledge of staffing and scheduling concepts strongly preferred
