General Manager, Zoom Workplace

Job Summary

Driving the strategic and revenue trajectory of Zoom Workplace, the full-time General Manager will define and execute a multi-year growth strategy, oversee competitive positioning, and collaborate across various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap and translate the AI-first platform vision into an executable growth plan
• Own the competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion for the Workplace portfolio, maximizing competitive wins
• Drive new business acquisition and expansion efforts across Zoom's global customer base with a focus on ARR growth

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration technology, with at least 7 years in senior GTM or general management roles
• Demonstrated success in driving market share growth and customer expansion in the UCaaS or collaboration space
• Proven experience operating at the executive level with direct exposure to CEO and Board-level reporting
• Deep understanding of modern workplace technology and hybrid work trends
• Strong command of direct and indirect go-to-market models, including channel ecosystems and PLG motions
