Job Summary

To lead the fund's investment strategy and build relationships with high-net-worth investors, the full-time remote General Partner/Co-Founder will focus on fundraising, evaluating venture opportunities, and managing investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Lead fundraising efforts, including presentations, due diligence, and ongoing communications
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and oversee venture investments aligned with the fund's strategy

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in venture capital, private equity, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated success raising capital from high-net-worth investors or institutional investors
• Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and investment risk
• An established investor network with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships
• A track record of sound investment judgment and experience managing investments post-closing
