Job Summary
Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time Georgia Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions while collaborating closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct file reviews and perform legal analysis of claims and causes of action
- Draft substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs while performing extensive legal research
- Represent clients regularly in court, arbitrations, and depositions, while managing deadlines and assignments independently
Required qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Georgia; additional bar admissions are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant practice group
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
