Job Summary
To support children with autism, the full-time Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, analyze client data for progress adjustments, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Analyze client data and make programming adjustments to support progress
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct caregiver training
Required qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs
- Must reside within commuting distance of Augusta, GA
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
