Job Summary
To support behavioral health initiatives, the full-time Georgia Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison will assess member clinical records, collaborate with providers for education and outreach, and implement procedures for operational issue resolution in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and present program results, developing data-driven analysis to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Partner with staff and departments for provider education, identifying gaps and deploying educational efforts
- Act as the clinical representative in meetings, facilitating discussions on health plan reporting and quality incentive payments
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health required
- 4+ years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
- Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
- Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
- Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Georgia
